Do you have a physical store where I can see the items?

At the moment, we operate online only.
This allows us to focus fully on quality, service, and a smoother shopping experience.

What kind of warranty do the products have?

Every item goes through a detailed quality check before shipping.
If something isn’t right, we’re here to support you and solve it quickly and fairly.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Processing time:

  • Standard items: ~10 business days
  • Handmade items: up to 20 business days

After shipping, delivery typically takes 14–25 business days, depending on your location and the shipping provider.

You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is shipped.

Can I see what the items look like in real life?

Yes.
All photos on our website show the actual products, captured from different angles so you can clearly see the details and materials.

When you enter the product page, you can browse through all photos by swiping or clicking.
If you tap or click on an image, it will open in an enlarged view, allowing you to see the item up close.

What you see on the site is exactly what you’ll receive.

Is the payment process secure?

Absolutely.
All payments are processed through secure, trusted systems protected by advanced encryption technology.

Your personal and payment details are fully confidential and never shared with any third party.

What if the size doesn’t fit?

For shoes, you’re welcome to exchange for a different size.
For all other items, because each order is made especially for you, exchanges and returns are not available unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

I found an item I love, but it’s not on the site. Can I order it anyway?

Can I pay the courier in cash?

No.
All payments must be completed during checkout.
