What shipping options are available?

We ship worldwide.
At checkout, you’ll see the delivery options available for your location based on the address you enter.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package at any time.

How long does processing take?

After your order is confirmed, it enters production immediately.

  • Standard items: ~10 business days
  • Handmade or specialty items: up to 20 business days

    Every item is checked carefully before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards.
When will my order arrive?

After your order ships, delivery usually takes 14–25 business days, depending on your location and the shipping provider.

You’ll receive a tracking number so you can monitor every step of the delivery process.

If you ever feel unsure, we’re always one message away.

Will I need to pay additional taxes or fees?

Orders to Israel

All prices shown include VAT.

International Orders

Local customs authorities may charge duties or release fees. This varies by country, so we recommend checking your local customs guidelines before placing an order.

Random Customs Inspections

Customs may occasionally hold a package for inspection.
Any related fees are the customer’s responsibility.

If the customer chooses not to pay these fees and the package is seized or destroyed by customs, a refund cannot be issued.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

The email will include a direct link to the official tracking page of the shipping provider handling your delivery:

  • Israel: HFD
  • International: DHL, FedEx, or other carriers, depending on your location

    Simply click the link in the email to view real-time updates and follow your package from dispatch to delivery.

    If anything is unclear or you need help tracking your order, our support team is always here for you.
Can I request delivery to the entrance of my home?

Yes. You may request that your package be left at your entrance, in an electrical cabinet, or with a neighbor.

Please note that once delivery is completed to the chosen location, we cannot be responsible for loss or damage.
We recommend choosing a secure spot for your delivery.
